The ideal brief was to source a 500m2+ warehouse plus external yard within an IN1 zoning in Sydney north-west suburb of Riverstone, a very tightly held industrial precinct with a circa $3m budget. The client contacted us just before Christmas and needed to move out of the current location within the following 3-6 months, a mission impossible.
