From the time we met Alberto until the end of settlement day we found him to be happy & friendly, punctual, trustworthy, very informative and extremely helpful. We were overseas for a period and Alberto even answered our messages in the middle of the night!! Alberto has exceptional negotiation skills and managed to save us nearly $100,000 which we were able to use some to pay for commission and added expenses.
